    • Harassment of guests or staff is strictly prohibited.

  • We have a dry sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, pool, hot tub, cold plunge, gym, smoothie bar, tea room, and a shared massage area for foot and back treatments.

  • We strongly recommend booking ahead of time, especially during weekends and holidays. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

  • Our sanctuary is reserved for guests 18 years and older.

  • No there is no time limit, and after you leave you must purchase a new pass if re-entering at a later hour.

    • Phones must remain on silent.

    • Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited in locker rooms, saunas, steam rooms, and pools.

    • Personal scrubs, exfoliators, and body care items are not allowed in pools, outside showers, saunas, or steam rooms.

    • You may use your own products in the locker room showers.

    • Showers are stocked with complimentary shampoo, and body wash. Vanities are equipped with hair dryers.

    • Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Guests are welcome to bring a personal water bottle for refilling at our hydration stations.

    • We have complimentary food and beverages available in our lounge.

  • Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the property.

  • Swimwear is required in all public areas of the bathhouse.

  • Guests who are visibly intoxicated and creating disturbances may be requested to leave. Refunds will not be issued.

  • Our Massages are great for pregnant women! Although we recommend consulting your healthcare provider or midwife before visiting, as many of our experiences involve extreme temperatures not suitable for every pregnancy.

  • Our facilities are co-ed, with separate locker rooms for each gender.
