Las Ruinas is a luxury bathhouse and gym located in the heart of Old San Juan. We offer a unique wellness experience combining traditional spa therapies, modern fitness, and curated rituals for body and mind.

We have a dry sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, saltwater pool, thermal pool, cold plunge, gym, smoothie bar, tea room, complimentary towels, lockers, showers, and get ready stations.

We strongly recommend booking ahead of time, especially during weekends and holidays. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

Members need to reserve their spots 24 hrs prior.

Our sanctuary is reserved for guests 18+.

Yes, there is a 2 ½ hour limit. Guests who leave the property must purchase a new pass if re-entering.

• Phones must remain on silent.

• Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited in locker rooms, saunas, steam rooms, and pools.

• Personal scrubs, exfoliators, and body care items are not allowed in pools, outside showers, saunas, or steam rooms.

• You may use your own products in the locker room showers.

• Showers are stocked with complimentary shampoo, and body wash. Vanities are equipped with hair dryers.

• Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Guests are welcome to bring a personal water bottle for refilling at our hydration stations.

• We have complimentary food and beverages available in our lounge.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the property.

Swimwear is required in all public areas of the bathhouse.

Guests who are visibly intoxicated and creating disturbances may be requested to leave. Refunds will not be issued.

We recommend consulting your healthcare provider or midwife before visiting, as many of our experiences involve extreme temperatures not suitable for every pregnancy.

Our facilities are co-ed, with separate locker rooms for each gender.

If you misplace something, please alert our team. Las Ruinas is not responsible for lost or damaged valuables.

While we love animals, pets are not permitted in our Bathhouse. Our space includes wet, slippery areas and shared environments that aren’t suitable for pets. We want to ensure a safe, comfortable experience for all guests, including those with allergies.

We do not offer luggage storage. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we are unable to accommodate bags, luggage, or personal belongings beyond what fits in your assigned locker. We are also unable to store bikes or scooters due to space limitations.
